This resistance band is a perfect workout companion! Nice size and the right amount of resistance to make you feel as if you got what you paid for. I use daily on my legs for toning and especially my arms for toning. It amps up just a regular work out video in the best way possible.

I have another set of bands but they are filmsy compared to this one. Very strong thick band and provides a great workout. Still learning exercises I can use the band with but so far very satisfied with this product.

Was skeptical about buying this at first but when using it for the first time was quite impressed and now use it with every workout. Tension is just right for me and gives me more options to work more muscles. I even use it while watching TV. Kinda like taking your routine everywhere you go.
