We put this on the top rack and it shrunk. Checked the bottom and it says: "Top Rack Dishwasher Safe. Handwashing Recommended." I cannot reach anyone at the 800 number and the website has disappeared.

The cap is defective -- I ordered 2 bottles -- both leaked on first use.

Okay, I'll plead mea culpa because there certainly may have been directions that said this thing was not dishwasher safe. That's why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. My daughter loved this bottle until I SHRUNK it in the dishwasher. I've never even heard of such a thing. The lid still...

The bottles just arrived. They may or may not work well, however, there is a total of four stickers on each bottle that left a sticky mess after they were removed with some difficulty.

This water bottle is very nice and I like it a lot. The cap however sucks, hard to get a lot of water out of it at once unless you suck really hard
