Boning Knife (Kitchen Classics)

I am very pleased with the new addition to our kitchen. This is now my go to knife for much more than deboning. I use this knife for most of my kitchen cutting uses. I want a sharp knife and this one is definitely sharp, as well as easy to maintain an edge. Thank you Cold Steel.

I thought I was going to like this grip and I was right. Perfect size for multiple kitchen chores. Came shaving sharp (as usual) right out of the box.

I bought 4 kitchen classic knives but this is the only one I have used. It is like all Cold Steel products very sharp! I'm sure the ones I haven't used are the same. Comfortable handle and easy to clean! Trimming and cutting have never been so easy!

The handle has a good feel to it the blade is great for trimming fat
