I bought 2 water bottles for my boys but only after about a month of use, the bottles started leaking from the infuser joint (see pictures) I have purchased other contigo products in the past but this has been quite a disappointing purchase!

This bottle leaks from the bottom section no matter how tightly i close it and it's impossible to clean properly. I'd have to wash it 5 times and it still started growing mold inside the straw, in the separating grid lid, and other parts. No thank you.

The water bottle is great but I can no longer use it as mold had grown inside the straw and inside the rubber piece where the straw attaches too. Theres a rubber stopper of some sort that you can't take out to clean and it grows mold like crazy! I can't believe I've been drinking out of this and ...

No matter how many times I clean the spout, mold regrows inside the spout and straw top. This is unacceptable.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She loves how it keeps her fruit at the bottom and the flavor through every drink
