So far so good. I had bought a different pillow and was not happy with it (from a different site). I like this one because it is actually the size it appears to be, you can adjust at the neck some to get more comfortable if it’s too tall but overall I’d recommend this pillow.

The day I got my pillow and flipped it on my bed for the first time, I fell asleep for 6 hours. I don't wake up with my shoulders at my ears and my back stiff nearly as much, which is why I bought it in the first place. The ONLY problem is that I'm not sure who loves it more, me or my pup!
