I purchased this item hopeful it would keep my gun cabinet down on moisture. Well it seems to be on the dryer more then in the cabinet. Im not sure why. My cabinet is not in a moist environment. But as of now i would not recommend anyone purchase this item. It is not a good item

I purchased 4 at one time. I have thrown all 4 away and replaced them with a different and superior brand, within 30 days of purchase. After a 24 hour charge, the longest lasting of the 4 units lasted just 13 days inside a safe that had a total of 8 dehumidifiers.

Brand new, does not charge, will not work. Complete garbage and total waste of money.

Does not work Bought 2 and charged them. They won't even turn on. Total rip off. Wish I could return these.

I have a 12 gun safe (not very big) and this dehumidifier has to be recharged every 8-10 days. It is a high maintenance, especially if you travel like I do. The hangar that comes with it doesn't hang securely if you move it at all. I'm just going to buy the electrical outlet kit for the safe ...
