Got a pellet grill (Myron Mixon model) last Fall and needed a cookbook to go along with it. This one is FANTASTIC! Everything we've tried in the last two weeks has been from this cookbook and has been getting compliments like no other time!!! Yay! for me. and for everyone who eats at our house...

We've tried several recipes from this book in our smoker. The food has come out amazing, but there are a lot of steps and components for a lot of the recipes. Not sure if its worth the work. I think you can make much more simpler food in the smoker and it'll all come out delicious.
