Lots of high humor, low humor, and a generous dash of unexpected pathos from this short, fast-moving book. I've never knowingly read any of his online work, so this was my first exposure to Justin Halpern. The best way I can describe Halpern's voice is "straight, athletic David Sedaris."

A must read for a comedy lover's heart! From time to time, I enjoy a good laugh with non-fiction memoirs and this one kept me smiling/laughing from page one. The author makes you feel like you can relate with your own stories with your father! Too funny!
