We purchased this unit less than a year ago, and it has started sparking/arcing from the side of interior wall to the food/container. These are microwave safe containers and standard food items (e.g. milk).

after 3 months, it started making weird noises that something was wrong. Store wouldn't do anything. I now have to send it to Texas! Bad service.

Why isn't there a light when you open the door? It only comes on when cooking. Makes no sense. The door seems very 'cheap' and not sturdy. I can see my 14 yr old breaking this easily. I'm replacing one (another brand) that lasted 15 years...this one won't ... Taking this one back today! Disappoin...

Very disappointed to find after purchase that there isnt an interior light. Would not have purchased this model but a different one with a light.

Heats us food fast but the downside is that the power button works when it wants to. At first I thought it was a safety feature activated but it wasn't. I press the button for 30 seconds to warm up food then press start. Nothing happens after 8 tries. Then I push down on the glass plate inside ...
