Came just in time for all my Christmas baking. Received as a birthday gift and this mixer is great. Love it, does a wonderful job. So far we've made cookies, cheesecake, pizza dough and homemade bread. Did an excellent job mixing! Saved a lot of time and back aches.

I have had this for about 3 weeks, but have used it many times. It is easy to push the large button to lift the head up to change the beater. I have not used the dough hook yet but have the other two. I do have to stop it and lift it up to scrape around the bowl. I do not consider this a problem....
