Put two GO9's in a 35' boat, one for SmartCraft engine and fuel data and navigation and the other for navigation, radar and sonar. I use CMap in one and Navionics charts in the other. These electronics have changed the way I trim and drive the boat.

I bought my Simrad Go9 XSE about a year ago. This unit has exceeded my expectations and it seems easier to use and I get more out of it each time I go out. I love that you can pair with your phone or tablet and use it as a second monitor, even being able to control the main unit from your device.

I've had this machine for two years and am very happy with it. It's is very easy to customize the screen layout so you can see whatever combination of chart, sonar, navigation, down scan, radar, or engine monitoring you desire.

I really love this model. I upgraded from a competitor unit to this and found that the installation was easy, the performance is top notch. I've been able to up my game fishing and can see why they are rated well.

I am very pleased overall with the Simrad GO9, it is user friendly, has great display, and excellent bottom reader. My only complaint is that you cannot over lay map cards on top of one another.
