Easy to set up, works well; you can feel the stretch.

It works great and really stretches the lower back. Along with some other stretches, it has really helped with my sciatica. If you are not particularly mobile, it can be difficult to get up. But I don't find it uncomfortable, as some reviewers have mentioned.

Board surface rather hard. Works as described but be careful to not overdo it. Difficult to get on and off if you're old and already have back problems.
