This does alleviate foot pain when getting up in the morning, when worn all night. It's a little bulky, but it does the job. I would highly recommend it, especially for the price.

The "Nice Stretch 90 Degree Boot" is comfortable & does give the support it advertises. It comes with simple instructions. I personally have to wait and put it on right when I'm ready to go to sleep and I don't put the top strap overly tight. Once asleep I never notice it - no waking up from it....

I felt better after one night. It really helped to keep my foot straight and strech my calf muscle. You may experience slight muscle soreness in your calf because of this but that is what you want to relieve the plantar fasciitis.
