LOVE this tempura mix! It results in a light and crispy batter. One tip: Season the batter before dipping food items.

I've been using this product for years, and found it to be the best Tempura mix there is. I use it for chicken and fish. It's light, and cooks up golden and crunchy. And all I do is dip the chicken in milk, and shake it in a bag of Tempura. The same with the fish, and deep fry it in really hot oi...
