Have only used on eggs, but works great. Will try on puddings etc. There's a lot to be said for hand appliances- don't have to fight a cord, light weight, don't take up much space, and don't need to be an engineer to figure out how to use them.

I was looking for a new one after my very old metal one broke and saw this one. I like Starfrit products so bought it. It's easy to use, comes apart easily for cleaning. Works great.

I gave this as a present for my mother in law and she loves it. It's pretty convenient if you don't want to use a big mixer for small things.
