I got my item in just days; short of anticipated. Happy but may need extra wrench. Comes with 10 mm, but found 3/8 worked /s too much slippage. Allen wrench got stripped, but did the job!

Missing parts, and extra useless parts. I put a picture with a red X on the missing parts. Somebody messed up somewhere. We will be sending this back :( cant install it without the screws!

I’d give this 5 stars if it shipped with instructions, though it was easy enough to figure out. Its very strong and mounts perfectly on my bike. Great for panniers due to the long side guards, as well as being great for backpacks, since you can use the included elastic strap to help secure it, ...
