I purchased 2 of these rods, I bass fish and while pulling in 2 to 3 lbs bass both rods broke about a foot from the tip. Used them about 5 times and they ended up on the curb on trash day

Went to unhook my lure from the designated place and the tip broke never even got a chance to catch any fish on it or use it. I recommend you do not buy this item.

Used maybe a half dozen outings Had a worm and light weight. Went to cast and felt something funny and reel tangled. As I was working on reel notice rod had splintered a foot down from top.
