I had 2 separate orders where Walmart never shipped the second package that contained the frame, carry case ETC. They would only ship the actual tent. Very frustrating. Customer service was no help at all.

If you dont get poles or canvas either one find the fullfillment center it came from and look on fb and find someone or several people that work there and message them and explain it to them. I was able to get my poles shipped out. Pain in the rear but i got the whole tent.

do not use while snowing. first little snow fall and the roof collapsed. And yes we kept it swept off, the snow melt weighed it down too much. but until then it was nice
