Awesome pants and awesome vendor. I now have 5 pairs, wear them to work everyday and get many compliments, I work in an office environment. Waist has hidden stretch, so really comfy, won't shrink in the dryer (low heat). Buy these and use this vendor!

So far I am pleased. Only had them a few days but they seem well built and true to size. Like the fact that they have a little give in the waist. Material is a little heavier than the all cotton ones I have but will probably be more durable with less wrinkle.
