I had not expected a Bible which has a real leathery feel to it. Nor did I expect such good maps, the gilt edges or the quality of the print. I was a little surprised at the fact this was a 'red letter' version, but perhaps I read it wrong. I prefer the plain black print.

Great version, and the calfskin leather is buttery soft.

A great edition of a solid translation. Uses one column to give a regular book feel. The type is small but not too small. The Bible is only an inch and a half (est) thick, so it is a wonderful travel Bible as well as a study Bible. I enjoy it very much!
