I received the new cartage and installed it in the printer. Went to print a document and the computer would not talk to the printer. It seem that windows 10 will not communicate with a HP deskjet 9600. have tried several things but none thing works. NEW cartage no printer??????

I was so tempted to get rid of my printer after failing to print with multiple recycled cartridges when I noticed the cartridges were both from 2012. I decided to give it a whirl with a brand new cartridge and that was it! I think I will get new cartridges from here on out! It prints beautifully!...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] True HP quality, works well. Happy that HP still makes cartridges for older models. HP online is about the only place left to purchase genuine cartridges for my model. There's nothing wrong with my printer.
