So disappointed with his cup. The lid keeps popping off even after 3 minutes of waiting for the drink to cool down. For this price might as well go get a Tervis and I don't even have to wait 3 minutes. I can just make my drink and go.

I loved this mug initially however now the lid keeps popping off and I can't seem to keep it in place.

I'm a big fan of Contigo products but this one has a very poor lid design. It falls off very easy. I returned it. I recommend the Extreme mug, I've had it for years.

I LOVE this mug. It is perfect for coffee because it is ceramic and does not stain or cause off flavors. I don't use the lid just the tall skinny, durable cup in my car every morning for my drive to work. It is also somwhat insulated so my coffee stays warm while I drink it.

I love when you drink the coffee from this mug, the coffee stays hot and with the lid being close to the top of the mug you do not have to lift the cup to much to get a drink
