I have been looking for a good lightweight plan with a comfortable and durable handle. This pan is it. I wish it also came in 1 quart with a lid.

I really like the size, the quality, and the appearance of my new pot. I also use nothing but high temp. Non scratch utensils so I will not harm the non stick coating. I know that I will get many years use from it.

This pan is one of my new favorites. I can make rice or noodles without it sticking. It is lightweight and very easy to clean though washed by hand. It is a good size and can be used almost daily in every kitchen.

I bought two of these and I love them. I've learned that Tramontina is a good brand for pots and pans. I've had a 3 piece steamer of this brand and have used it for several years and it's still good as new.
