Oh I Am cooking on them, some say they do not work on a flat top?. YES they do. I just got them today so Idk duration, but so far, no small, no damages and they work on flat stoves. (Just wash them when you get it, sanitize hello!) Cooking meat balls and ground beef.

I absolutely love these pans they are the best. I have melted cheese in these and they are so easily cleaned it don't matter what you cook in them. I will choose these over anything out there I could spend 1000 on a set of pots and I'd still choose these.

I gave 4 instead of 5 stars due to the packaging. It arrived with a broken lid and several small scuff marks. I would've returned it but it seemed like a big hassle over one lid. Other than that, I love the set. Matches my other stuff perfectly and is everything I needed for a great price.
