I didn't find anything out of the ordinary about this shelf. It is sturdy and well built with well spaced grading. It easily holds all the weight of my tool box and oil cans. It is a fine shelf, just nothing new about it.

This is a very sturdy, well constructed piece. It's odd that it's sold separately as it's part of a set. But this is a nice looking, evenly coated painted shelf, and it's not going anywhere once you put it in place. It really shouldn't be sold separately, but here it is.
