A compelling read - read straight through when I got it. Saw the author that day and was very intrigued. Not a challenging read, but a fabulous story, if only a little bit predictable. Even the predictability, however, was carried out through unusual details.

Patti Callahan Henry writes in such a manner that it speaks to my heart. I had figured out the secret of this book, but the way it unfolded and the healing of Cappy just hit home with me. I hope that other people experience the joy and sadness I did while reading this book.
