I can't really explain the difference but this is just so much more fun to use than kettle balls and medicine balls. My hubby has even started using this for one of his routines.

Love this ring and the workouts that use them. This is my favorite new workout, I just search on YouTube and there are so many videos using these rings.

I would rather use resistance bands than weights any day but then I got this and I am converted. Perfect for Pilates routines and when my Hitt routine calls for weights.

My daughter and I started working out twice a week during the pandemic. We have tried so many different routines and videos. When we saw these we thought it looked like fun so we took the plunge. Glad we did. We both enjoy workouts using the ring.
