This was a replacement of the OEM. Its look and works as well as the one that came with the laptop. I tried a aftermarket and my laptop would not work properly.

Old lower power cord that came with laptop broke at computer and USB connection. This is with home use by an adult. should have used stronger cording. I I assume should work better now.
