Cannot understand why you charge additional for the ALK filter when it came with it when I purchased the system.

Bought a ro/w uv last spring Bought replacement filters and uv light a few weeks ago. Very knowledgeable and more than friendly service,all so fast shipping. Prior to installing this system our water tested high for nitrates and coliform bacteria. Tested 0 after installing this system.
