This pencil eyeliner glides on so smoothly on the eyelid. It's not too creamy to melt off or hard on the skin where it pulls the skin. It's just right!! And the color is better than my black eyeliner...it doesn't make my eyes look as harsh or as made up as this color. I love this eyeliner!

I have this in three colors. They go on easy and stay on... Your upper lash line that is. It stays on your waterline just as a normal eyeliner would however it drips down.
