I generally buy this item in the store. But its more economical online and its delivered straight to my door. Great tasting, with no calories. Can't beat it for the price.

I love these, I wish there were more flavors of instant green tea. These are a great price for 24 sticks, I get these regularly. Just be careful with the caffeine content, according to the 4C website they contain 120mg of caffeine per packet and each packet makes 2 cups of green tea.

I've tried them all, about 14 different tea drink mixes, and this one is the best tasting in my opinion. And pricewise a good buy.
