I made salmon balls with it, it was good quality for a good price and was skinless. I fried the patties consisting of salmon, onion, celery, 1 egg, mayo, bread crumbs. YUM Wish it was sold in my local WalMarts but it is a online order only thing I guess, but will buy again!

Love this Boneless Pink Salmon for dinner sometimes when I don't want to elevate my blood sugar before bedtime. I also have it with some cherry tomatoes. In the morning my blood sugar is right where I need it. Doctor says it has to much salt, and so I don't do this all the time. Still love it...
