First bowl out of the box plenty of large pecan pieces, and the cereal has a great taste. The dates are sugarcoated, which I don't think they need to be but it is delicious.

I can't drink milk so what I have done is chosen ruby red grapefruit juice with this cereal absolutely amazing I can eat it anytime of the day it is very good anyone must try they will understand what I'm talking about especially if you love grapefruits.

TGhis cereal has very good flavor. If you are one who likes raisins and date flavored bran and flakes, this would be a cereal for you.
