Very nice workout pad for my family room. It does slide on carpet, but just forms wrinkles, not dangerous sliding.

The size of this mat is perfect for practicing karate moves and for walking/aerobic activities indoors. Doesn?t move around when placed on bare floors- works great! Not so secure when placed on carpeting- would not recommend Use on carpets.

Great extra large exercise mat the whole family uses for HIIT classes or Zumba. The mat has a nice cushioned thickness for yoga and Pilates too. We roll up the mat when we?re done . I recommend it for sure

Excellent quality. I stand almost 6'4" and this 8x6 mat is more than big enough to accommodate my workouts. The other thing that stands out is that it is still thin enough to be beneficial for balancing exercises. I highly recommend this item.

after 3-4 months of usage its wearing off. shreds falling on floor after mat usage... material not of good quality
