Clock keeps time well but plays a different song each hour not Westminster. Company would not accept a return so I'm stuck with this

Good looking clock, BUT, it plays a melodic tune, and not chimes. Plus there was no back cover where the batteries are located. So far, it has kept good time.

Does not chime all the time plus it the chimes are not equal to the time. It stops chiming at 6PM and starts again at 1AM always the wrong number of chimes.

The clock is as pictured and works very well. The chime is very interesting, there's a different tone for each hour from 6A to 10P then it's quiet. Looks like a much more expensive clock.
