Purchased this a couple days ago. Followed the directions, and tightened. All screws. Mounted monitors which turned down immediately! Tightened the two nuts on their mounts. That took care of that problem! I wished the upright post dead taller. I still have to look down at the monitors.

Holds my 27" HP monitors perfectly. although would not recommend people use it on a glass table/desk
