Works really well for sit-ups and exercises like that on the ground. Good padding and I do not slide around on it.

Does the job. Did not notice any irregular smells unless I really go close to it. Over time the front gets scratches easily from working out. But the padding is perfect, though it says 10 mm thick, it is way thicker.
