Please don't buy this product. The pedals are of very bad material. I had a professional to build the bike. The metal thing where the pedals are attached, after the fourth time of me using the bike, the metal thing got harmed and both pedals came loose and fell while I was pedaling.

I finally open the box to assemble this bike because I want to start using it and the seat is missing. Companies should have better checkpoints when shipping products to customers. Customers already waited for items to arrive and should not have to wait again because parts are missing. Disappoint...

The bike is a great bike.The pedals strap broke,I don't know how to fix it I guess I waste my money on this bike.The straps broke with my grandson riding it he weight about 100 pound.The would love to return it, I though the box away.
