This bike is ideal for what I intended to do with it, i am not an avid biker but enjoy riding bikes with my kids, we only ride trails and rougher terrain and this bike works perfect. The 8 speed is perfect for what we do. Time will tell the longevity. Assembly was easy took about 30 mins.

I ordered a new bike and it came still in the box, box was undamaged and the bike had paint scraped of on the frame pretty bad. I wrote Walmart about it and they wouldn't do anything.

Bike color and balance is good. however, the gear system is bad. slips gears, makes noise when shifting. tried all the adjustments, noise is gone bus still skipps 6th gear.
