Excellent rhyme scheme, great interaction, great movement. Animal movements flow from page to page, great lead in with the rhyme, ends with a child and a kiss for mama.

This is my favorite book to read to my son. The rhythm and rhymes are so much fun. It's a bouncy book, not a bedtime book, but there's a chance to get a kiss from your kid in it. I take full advantage of this.

The bright pictures inside show animal mothers teaching their babies. The book is a nice quality board book with sturdy pages. I plan to give this book to a new mom and baby on their first mother's day. I think it would also be nice for a baby shower present.
