I'm only giving it 2 stars because of the lettering. Although the bag is nice, the personalization is the reason why I purchased the bag. The lettering is messy, not cleaned up at all. Had a little more care been take when doing the lettering, everything would have been wonderful.

I was not disappointed when I picked up my grandson backpack for his first year of school. My heart was warmed when I gave it to him and he lite up when he saw his name on it. That was priceless.
