I like this vest. A lot. Some advice, though...VERIFY YOUR SIZE. I requested the L/XL, but was sent the smaller variant by mistake. I'm glad of that, because the smaller one fits great. Over all happy with the product. My dislikes are with the Velcro on the ice packs, they came off after my first use which is very frustrating. The ice packs corners should be rounded because they snag on the mesh pockets every time I use them.
