Item came as damaged on the screen. It's hassle to remove the tv from package just to find out the screen was damaged. Now lot of work to put it back and drive the tv to the FedEx location.

So disappointing that we finally got our tv (after 3 weeks of delays in the delivery) and tv panel was cracked! Walmart customer support wasn't much help and I just wanted a TV replacement and not a refund!

A shocking and horrible holiday shopping experience with Walmart, that I have never had with any other retailer claiming to be the worlds best retailer. Not only did I receive the shipment late, but shockingly it was a salvaged broken tv with mud and insects and a different model.
