i will never order from Wal-Mart agsin until they stop using fed ex. the television was delivered to the wrong address, broken. yer we have to go to the trouble of printing return label, scheduling return with no option for replacement and wait for refund. LOSE fed ex Walmart.

Previous Samsung 58 inch lasted 33 months just shy of 3 years. Samsung should have at least 3 year manufacturer warranty. Would have been a better experience. Guess I will give them another try. If they want to reach out to me to make it right.
