The build quality is pathetic and they don't provide any customer service. within 4 months the foot rest fell off.. dont waste your money

A phenomenal piece of garbage. Came covered in rust, welds missing or have rotted out, covered in someone else's hair. Clearly a used item. Called walmart and of course they dont care. it would cost me an arm and leg to send this garbage back, not to mention i didnt intend to buy a chore.

The device arrived in a mangled up, torn up box. I opened and removed the machine, no major damage or broken parts, but scuffs and marks all over. Quite a bit beat-up. The main issue however is this. Walmart.com has this listed as model PFEL3717, which does not require console "activation/un...

Not great! It wiggles, doesn't hold the level and resets after every few minutes. Need to take iFit subscription at an additional cost. No power adapter is included. Need to spend money 4 batteries every month or may be less depending upon the usage.

I've been using this daily since I got it in January 2021. I've never had any issues and it's been a great machine. I use the bike, my wife uses the elliptical.
