Band broke!!! Did exactly three arm curls with the, “moderate stance,” and the handle suddenly slipped off, causing the band to snap back! Thank goodness nobody got injured!!! Read insert and box completely before use, was using it appropriately, and no warnings about this being a risk!

Don't buy this product. The Handles are poor quality and pull through/tear. My previous resistance band lasted almost 7 years. This SPRI band lasted 3 workouts (minimal use) before the handles gave way. I'm just gonna assume all SPRI products are garbage. lol

I agree with the other reviews. JUNK. After one day of use the nylon straps pulled loose. The reason is that the metal used for the grommets is so thin that it folds and releases the strap. This is potentially very dangerous.

After two days of very light use, about 10-15 minutes, the nylon pulled out of the grommet and the band slapped my forearm. I would recommend spending a little more for a better built product.

Junk! Band pulled right thru the grommet after like 10 mins of use, right out of the box! Garbage!
