I haven't read this book entirely, but it is chock full of information for any experienced and also beginner sock knitters.

This is a fantastic resource for sock knitters. It has so much interesting information about yarn and why some yarns work better for socks and some are not so good. And there is great general information on socks. The patterns are nice too. I may have to buy a copy of this one.

The first chapters explain different aspects of sock construction, so that you better understand the choices made by sock designers and knitters. The rest of the book is patterns, 20 of them, for socks. They are primarily women's sizes, but a couple are sized for men.
