This processor has a terrible design and is harder to use than it should be. I never used it more than once, so I don't know about it's durability. At least I was able to return it.

works great, but has some design flaws. The feed shute attachs poorly and broke before I ever used the machine. Oster does not recognize the model number and none of the after market suppliers can match it.

My husband bought this thinking he was getting a good deal. We used it a total of 3 times before it broke- the gears got stripped and it quit working. Unfortunately we threw the box out so I guess we're stuck with it. What a waste of $$$.

Too many safety features- makes it hard to use. To actually get the processor to start up, you have to push down on the chute. And the bowl and the lid are not smooth when you're locking them in place. The worst part about this machine is that the part you use to push food down the chute is all ...

I really am disappointed that it broke with in 4 months of purchase. Don't buy it!!!!
