I am a first time user of a fishfinder. The Hook2-5 was easy to install and set up. I am still learning but everything is so easy. First time out it showed the little and big fish plus how deep they were.Showed dept of water Temp. Done everything but catch the fish for me.

I bought this unit about a week ago for my Tidecraft Wildfire XV150F/S. It was pretty easy to wire up. I love the displays color and brightness. Being new to the whole boating thing this unit is very easy to maneuver. I set it up on the front of my boat.

I was looking for a GPS for my small boat that wasn't too big but big enough to see clearly. The Lowrance Hook2 5 was the perfect size. The beautiful 5" screen plus Navionics+ charts make it a real winner.

I upgraded from a Lowrance Elite unite and this Hook2 is so much better. Much clearer picture, easy to use and simple.
