An exact OEM match as far as I can tell. Only two bolts hold it in, but putting the belt on a new belt tensioner is real hard. Which I guess means its a good part?

This was an easy direct replacement for a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon w/ the 4.0L straight six engine. The bearings were shot on the old stock unit after 10 years, and for under $50 this replacement bolted up great!

Made in the states, fits well & good quality.if you're unsure about the condition of the tensioner just change it whenever you change the belt. If the belt is worn out it's a good bet that the tensioner is to.
